Have you placed an order on the old website and want to know the status? If so, please send us a message via the Contact Us tab. With the problems from the old website, we have found that not all orders came through to our viewing page. So PLEASE contact us, include the order number, date and how you paid for it (Credit Card/PayPal). We don't want your card information, just want to be able to track it through whichever payment system you used. We will contact you within 48 hours (either by responding to the ticket you submit or a phone call. If it is through the ticket system and you need to send a reply ... please click on the link in the message, do not use the reply button. We apologize for the delays and aggravation this has caused. Production will begin immediately on any past orders.
