All organizations, may submit donation requests for up to one (1) event per year to be considered for a donation by SpinZone Global.  

SpinZone Global reserves the right to determine which requests it will approve.  There are a limited number of donations made per year.  

Procedure

1.   All donation requests must be made online by completing the request form.

2.   Mail and Phone requests will not be accepted.

3.   All requests must be received at least eight (8) weeks prior to the date of the event for which you are requesting the donation.

4.  Gift certificates will be issued for you to use in making a product selection, we make no monetary donations.  If someone from our organization will be attending your event, we will be happy to bring it along.

5.  If approved, your organization will receive a confirmation email and the gift certificate will be mailed/emailed.

4.  We would like you to download, print, and display the recognition sign at the event.  A link will be sent with gift certificate.
